Does EzOrtho provide an auto backup function?
A.
Through EzServer, users are able to automatically backup clinic DB on a daily basis, made every day at PM 1:00. All data in DB is backup, and image files are not included. It can be used on other PC through the backup data.

Is it possible to view VTO/STO simulation result?
A.
Check the result in the VTO/STO simulation tab and can also superimposition for comparing in the superimposition tab.

What kind of analysis method does EzOrtho support? And is it possible to add the method that is used in our clinic? How many landmarks are automatically found?
A.
Currently, 15 analytical methods are provided by default, including Burstone, Steiner, and Tweed. You can also add methods for use in orthodontic care. And there are also 61 landmarks (36 Hard-tissue landmarks, 25 Soft-tissue landmarks).

Orthodontic treatment is affected by the characteristics of the patient. Could I proceed with orthodontic treatment with consider these things?
A.
EzOrtho takes that into consideration. Go to [Settings] window > [Environment] tab. You can optimize the treatment plan by changing the race and dental age settings.

Is it possible to migrate data from OrthoVision to EzOrtho?
A.
Provides tools for data migration. For additional information pertaining to migration and the EzOrtho, please contact the customer service team.

How does the auto-tracing feature work? Is it possible to do it manually?

Auto-tracing works after installing “DAVIS Toolkit for Ortho”. You can edit and manually trace by yourself.

What kind of manufacturers implant do you support? And is it possible to simulate implants that we are using in our clinic?
A.
We are currently providing implants from more than 50 companies including Nobel Biocare and Osstem. Also, we are continuously cooperating with implant manufacturers to support more implants for our customers.
Also, users are able to add implant models to the implant DB through Implant DB Editor. -
Q. EzDent-i
We are currently using a viewer from a different company. Is it possible to view existing patients' information and images through EzDent-i?
A.
We support data migration from viewers from several domestic companies to Easydent4 and then to EzDent-i.
However, there are possibilities of data loss due to different DB structures. The following is the list of viewers we support.
1) Sidexis (Korean only) - Sirona
2) CDX View - PointNix
3) Will-Master - HDX WILL
4) Digi-X - HanJin
