What kind of manufacturers implant do you support? And is it possible to simulate implants that we are using in our clinic?
A.
We are currently providing implants from more than 50 companies including Nobel Biocare and Osstem. Also, we are continuously cooperating with implant manufacturers to support more implants for our customers.
Also, users are able to add implant models to the implant DB through Implant DB Editor. -

We are currently using a viewer from a different company. Is it possible to view existing patients' information and images through EzDent-i?
A.
We support data migration from viewers from several domestic companies to Easydent4 and then to EzDent-i.
However, there are possibilities of data loss due to different DB structures. The following is the list of viewers we support.
1) Sidexis (Korean only) - Sirona
2) CDX View - PointNix
3) Will-Master - HDX WILL
4) Digi-X - HanJin -

Does EzDent-i provide auto backup function?
A.
Yes, we provide an auto backup function. It is designed to back up DB automatically at 13:00 every day when the system load is the lowest. It is possible to back up patients' data to the desired drive so that the user can protect valuable customers' data.

Is it possible to access to EzDent-I with multiple user accounts on the same PC?
A.
Yes, it is possible to log on with multiple user accounts.

Is it possible to transmit image information from EzDent-i to PACS?
A.
Additional software called AnyGate is requried to transmit image information to PACS. AnyGate sold seperately.

Is it possible to connect to DICOM Printer on EzDent-i?
A.
It is possible if you have a purchased license of the Dicom printer. DicomPrint license is optional and sold separately.

We are planning for PC replacement or reformatting. What is the process of activation license in on new PC?
A.
Deactivation should be done on the currently used PC first. After replacement or reformatting, you can re-activate the same license on a new PC.
